Our experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) team can act as your “boots on the ground” representative, clearly communicating your needs to your project’s contractor, architect, engineer, and the rest of your building team – then following up closely to ensure your directives are being followed. We keep your objectives in mind as we check in on construction progress, raising any issues that you should be aware of to course-correct before they become more serious problems. Working with an owner’s representative can save time, control costs, and make your construction project run more smoothly.
